This policy explains what data the app uses, what it does not use, and how contact actions work.

Short version: the app does not include tracking SDKs, ads SDKs, analytics SDKs, or server APIs. It works mainly offline and only opens WhatsApp, email, or Google Maps when you tap those actions.

1. Who We Are

Assala Rent Car is a self-drive vehicle rental company based in Rabat, Morocco.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

The app does not collect or transmit personal data to Assala Rent Car servers because the app has no backend API and no analytics integration.

No account data (no signup/login)
No precise or approximate location data
No contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, files, audio, or camera data
No device IDs for tracking or advertising
No usage analytics or crash analytics SDK data

3. Data You Enter in Booking Form

The booking screen lets you type your name, preferred date, and vehicle interest.

This information is used only to prefill an email draft in your own email app after your action. The app itself does not store this data in local databases and does not upload it to any server.

4. External Apps Opened by Your Choice

Some buttons open third-party apps/services directly from your device:

WhatsApp for chat
Email app for support/booking/privacy contact
Google Maps for office location

When you choose those actions, processing is governed by the privacy terms of those third-party apps.

5. Permissions

The app does not declare runtime-sensitive permissions (location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, SMS, phone).

6. Security Measures

JavaScript is disabled in the in-app privacy WebView.
App backup is disabled in the manifest.
Cleartext traffic is disabled in the manifest.

7. Children

This service is intended for adults who can rent vehicles legally. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Data Retention

Because the app itself does not collect/store personal data, there is no in-app retention database.

If you contact us through email or WhatsApp, your message may remain in those communication channels for customer service and legal compliance.

9. Your Rights and Requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of messages you sent to us via support channels.
